Yoga Alliance accredited 200 hour program focuses on the essential techniques found in hatha yoga which includes asana, pranayama, and relaxation from a trauma-informed perspective. The course explores the history and philosophy behind yoga, basic anatomy and physiology as it relates to yoga, energetic anatomy, yoga teaching methods, sequencing and navigating the ever-changing business of yoga. By bringing elements from the Embody Love Movement, Off the Mat, Into the World, Y12SR, Skill in Action, Accessible Yoga Community, Susannah Barkataki, and CTZNWELL this training will prepare you to come home to your body, mind, spirit and share your love of yoga from your most authentic place!
